Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that by an order dated 22-6-2026 in Cr. Misc No. 37586 of 2026, the petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail with a condition that one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his father, namely, Syed Faiyaz Alam. It is next submitted that father of the petitioner died on 9-7-2020, as would manifest from Annexure-p/2, but inadvertently in Cr. Misc No. 37586 of 2026, the word "late" could not be prefixed before the name of the father of the petitioner. Learned counsel thus submits that condition with regard to bailor be modified in the order dated 22-6-2026 in Cr. Misc No. 37586 of 2026.

In view of the submission made by learned counsel for the petitioner, para-6 of the order dated 22-6-2026 in Cr. Misc No. 37586 of 2026 be partly modified to read as " one of the bailors of the petitioner shall be his cousin brother, namely, Abdullah Nawaz, instead of Syed Faiyaz Alam". 4.

The order dated 22-6-2026 in Cr. Misc No. 37586 of 2026 is modified to the extent indicated above. 5.

It is made clear that if petitioner surrenders within a period of two weeks from today, his anticipatory bail bonds shall be accepted.
