The anticipatory bail application of Petitioner No. 2, namely, Renu Devi, Is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui, in connection with Jhajha P. S. Case No. 137 of 2013, which shall be abide by the terms and conditions mentioned in sub-section (2) of section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

So far as prayer for anticipatory bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6028 of 2015 (2) dt.10-04-2015 2/2 application of Petitioner No. 1 is concerned, it is hereby rejected.
