The submission of the learned counsel for the appellant that the learned single Judge has committed an error by not understanding and appreciating that the appellant deserved weightage of 5-10 marks on the ground that she had a certificate of participation in Bihar Swimming Association competition and has

Any kind of weightage is not going to accrue in favour of a candidate who is looking for additional weightage because the weightage can only accrue for certificates won in the capacity of work done as Anganbari Sevika for promotion to the post of a supervisor. The ability to swim of this appellant does not help her swim across to the zone of consideration because the guidelines on which reliance has been placed has rightly been interpreted by the learned single Judge as it has to relate to the work and award in the capacity as a Anganbari Sevika and not every award which also was found to be suspect. Appeal has no merit. It is dismissed.
