The present petition is by way of second attempt at the behest of the petitioner for grant of regular bail, in connection with Akbarpur P.S.Case No. 166 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code, inasmuch as the earlier petition, filed by the petitioner for grant of bail i.e. Criminal Miscellaneous No. 62019 of 2022, has stood dismissed, by an order dated 6.2.2023. 3.
This Court had called for a report from the learned Court of Additional District & Sessions Judge-2nd, Civil Court, Nawada, who has submitted a report dated 7.8.2024, wherein it has been stated that the prosecution evidence is being adduced,
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.54151 of 2024(4) dt.18-10-2024 2/2 the proceedings of the present case has been kept on top priority and the trial is expected to conclude within a period of 11 months, subject to proper co-operation and assistance by both sides.

Considering the aforesaid aspect of the matter, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to renew his prayer for bail, after lapse of one year from today, in case there is no possibility of conclusion of the trial in near future at that moment of time. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
Accordingly, the present petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
