The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bela P.S. Case No. 45 of 2022 registered for the offence under Sections 394 and 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, the F.I.R. against unknown criminals was registered for killing the son of the deceased.

After 14 months, the name of the petitioner has come in the statement of the informant, who is the father of the deceased. It has been submitted that except for that, there is no material against the petitioner.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 14.03.2023.
