The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a complaint case in which processes have been directed to be issued after cognizance being taken for the offences punishable under Sections 323, 504 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the wages were not paid by the petitioners to the complainant as he was working in the N.G.O. namely, Shed India Society, which is used to supply mid day meal to the school children.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the payments have been made to the complainant through the account and with malicious accusation the complaint has been filed.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17519 of 2015 (2) dt.15-05-2015 Considering the nature of dispute, let the above named petitioner be released on bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Araria in connection with Complaint Case No. 1638 of 2011, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Indian Penal Code.
