The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 147/148/149/302 of the Indian Penal Code, Section 27 of the Arms Act and Section 17 of the Criminal Law Amendment Act.

Though the petitioner is named in the FIR. However, no overt-act is alleged against the petitioner; rather specific allegation is against co-accused Sudhir Singh who had fired and caused injury to the husband of the informant as a result whereof he died.

Considering the completion of investigation against the petitioner and the fact that no overt-act is alleged against the

No.48544 of 2019(2) dt.05-08-2019 2/2 petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with S.T. No.300 of 2019, arising out of Masaurhi P.S. Case No.192 of 2002, with following conditions:

(a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned Court-below having immovable property in his name.

(b) The petitioner shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
