1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 354, 448, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent and is in custody since 24.06.2024 and the informant alleges that on 02.11.2021, she had gone to throw waste on a vacant land after cleaning her house, thereafter sister-in-law of the informant came and started abusing, on protest petitioner (Bhainsur of the informant) brought dirt from his cowshed and threw it inside the house of

No.57782 of 2024(4) dt.11-12-2024 2/3 the informant, thereafter it is alleged that petitioner grabbed the informant by hair and dashed her on the ground while assaulting her by fist and kicks and even started outraging the modesty of the informant while she was lying on the ground, thereafter, Dropadi and petitioner are alleged to have tied a rope around the informant's neck and tried to strangulate her.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in the instant case on account of dispute relating to land. It is also submitted that informant and the petitioner are related, informant is the wife of the younger brother of the petitioner. It is next submitted that from perusal of the injury report (Annexure-2), it would manifest that the injury has been found to be simple in nature caused by hard and blunt substance.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the

7. Accordingly, the instant regular bail application is allowed.
