JUSTICE NAVANITI PRASAD SINGH ORAL ORDER 11-06-2015 The petitioner apprehends his arrest in relation to Bakhri P.S. Case No. 192 of 2014 registered under Sections 366 and 366A/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that as per prosecution case the main allegation is against Amit Kumar, son of Tilo Sahni, who is said to have eloped with the girl in question. Learned counsel has drawn the attention of this Court to order dated 27.04.2015 passed in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 11737 of 2015 by which one Meera Devi, who is the wife of Tilo Sahni and mother of Amit Kumar, has been granted anticipatory bail, noticing the fact that the girl in question and Amit Kumar have married and are living in Delhi.

Be that as it may, in the event of his arrest/surrender

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.18305 of 2015 (2) dt.11-06-2015 2/2 before the court below within four weeks from today, let the petitioner, namely, Rabin Sahni alias Rabin Kumar be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Bakhri P.S. Case No. 192 of 2014, subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Navaniti Prasad Singh, J.) Vats/- U T
