The present application has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report of Dumra P.S. Case No.351/2014 registered under Sections 406, 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the Court of learned CJM, Sitamarhi.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that in the background of civil nature of dispute maliciously the present case has been registered at the behest of 'Power of Attorney' holder.

Considering that this Court is not inclined to interfere at this stage of the proceeding. Moreover, there is nothing on record to suggest the present stage of investigation.
