10-06-2015 The petitioners apprehend their arrest in relation to Complaint Case No. 1674/2013 registered under Sections 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.

Both the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the complainant. Learned counsel for the petitioners draws attention of this Court to the complaint in which statement is made that the husband of the complainant was intending to marry second time upon the wife being driven out of the house. He submits that petitioners have nothing to do with such a decision and have no control over their son.

Be that as it may, in the event of their

Sahim and Bibi Hadisha, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhagalpur, in connection with Complaint Case No. 1674/2013, subject to condition laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
