This application for regular bail arises out of Murliganj P.S. Case No. 121 of 2017, C.I.S. No. 797 of 2017, disclosing the offence under Sections 302, 201 and 120B/34of the Indian Penal Code.

The name of the petitioner has surfaced during investigation on the basis of confessional statement of coaccused Mithilesh Kumar, who has been granted regular bail by an order of this Court dated 17.02.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 9424 of 2018. It further transpires that Md. Parwez Alam, another co-accused has also been allowed regular bail by this Court by an order dated 29.01.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. 54375 of 2017.

Let the petitioner, above-named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand), with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Madhepura, in connection with Murliganj P.S. Case No. 121 of 2017, C.I.S. No. 797 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall present himself before the Police/Court, as the case may be, as and when required and in the event of failure on his part to appear before the court on two consecutive occasions, his bail Bonds shall be liable to be cancelled.
