2. This present writ application has been filed for a direction upon the respondent No.2 to dispose of the Mutation Cancellation Appeal No.11 of 2020 which is still pending for adjudication before the respondent No.2.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in another case the petitioner approached this Court in CWJC No.13038 of 2022 and a Coordinate Bench of this Court has directed the same authority i.e. the District Magistrate, Biharsharif, Nalanda to dispose of the case of the petitioner in

Patna High Court CWJC No.11505 of 2023(2) dt.02-07-2024 2/2 Jamabandi Cancellation Appeal No.36 of 2015 and this Court has also directed "the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Nalanda at Biharsharif to send the list of pending revenue matters before him since last more than two years and will also send his explanation as to why he is not disposing of such matters after hearing the parties". Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that in pusuance of direction of this Court, the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Nalanda at Biharsharif has not decided the matter which is still pending since 2020.

4. In view of the aforesaid, the respondent No.2 the Collector-cum-District Magistrate, Nalanda at Biharsharif is directed to hear and decide the Mutation Cancellation Appeal No.11 of 2020 within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.

5. With the aforesaid direction, this writ application stands disposed of.
