Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner prays for grant of bail in Guraru P.S. Case no. 49 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and section 4 of POCSO Act.

Earlier prayer for bail of the petitioner was rejected on 01.08.2019. Report was called for regarding stage of the trial. Report of the trial court has been received in which it is stated that the case is fixed for recording the statement of accused under section 313 Cr.P.C.

Considering the progress of the trial, bail application of the petitioner is rejected.
