Considering the merits of the case, provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 28.05.2015 is hereby confirmed on the same terms in connection with Hajipur Mahila P.S. Case No. 8 of 2014 pending before the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur. However, from now the petitioner shall pay Rs. 1500/- per month instead of Rs. 750/-.
