The dispute is confined to payment of revised pension in terms of revised pay scales of 6th PRC. The respondent no.6 has filed supplementary counter affidavit dated 14.09.2017 enclosing a letter contained memo no. 1924 dated 28.11.2016 which indicates that the Treasury Officer, Sachiwalaya, Sichai

Patna High Court CWJC No.3776 of 2016 (4) dt.11-10-2017 2/2 Bhawan, Patna has been requested to Assistant General Manager, Allahabad Bank to ensure payment of revised pension in terms of 6th Pay Revision Committee Recommendation in view of the letter dated 28.11.2016. The bank is required to ensure payment of all arrears of revised pension in accordance with the entitlement of the petitioner as per 6th Pay Revision Committee. Accordingly, the Bank is directed to see that payment is made to the petitioner in terms of letter contained memo no. 1924 dated 28.11.2016 within a period of one month from the date of production/receipt of the order passed in this case particularly respondent no.4.

With the aforesaid observation, the application stands disposed of.
