2. The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief/s:- "I. That this Writ Application is being filed praying issuance of appropriate writ, order(s) or direction(s) quashing and setting aside the impugned notification bearing Memo No. 1/LFkk0

(7) 01/2026-3260 dated 28.06.2026 (read with Memo No. 3261) issued under the signature of the Deputy

Patna High Court CWJC No.10595 of 2026(2) dt.28-07-2026 2/3 Secretary, Department of Dairy, Fisheries and Animal Resources, Government of Bihar insofar as it relates to the arbitrary transfer and posting of the petitioner which severely prejudices and negatively affects the right of petitioner.

I/A. That it is further prayed to stay the operation, execution, and implementation of the impugned notification bearing Memo No. 1/LFkk0

(7) 01/2026-3260 dated 28.06.2026 (read with Memo No. 3261) issued by the Department of Dairy, Fisheries and Animal Resources, Government of Bihar during the pendency of the present writ petition.

I/B. That this Writ Application is being filed for any other relief(s) in favour of the petitioner as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the interest of justice, equity and good conscience."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed a representation dated 29.06.2026 (annexed as Annexure-P/5) before the Secretary, Department of Animal and Fisheries Resources, Bihar, Patna. But, till date, no order has been passed on his representation.

4. Learned counsel for the State submits that a direction may be made so that the concerned authority may pass order on the petitioner's representation (Annexure-P/5) within a fixed period of time.

5. As such, in the light of submissions made, the Secretary, Department of Animal and Fisheries Resources, New Secretariat, Patna (Respondent no. 2) is hereby directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order on the petitioner's representation dated 29.06.2026 (Annexure-P/5) in accordance with law, within 60 days from the date of production of this order.

6. Accordingly, with the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed off.
