This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Turkauliya P.S. Case No. 373 of 2021 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The postmortem report of the deceased does not support the allegations as there is no ante-mortem injury on the deceased whereas, the allegation is that the accused persons have assaulted the deceased.
Considering the aforesaid facts, this bail application is allowed.
