2. Earlier the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 10.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 46880 of 2024 by this Court with the observation that the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail after one year.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the stipulated period has already been elapsed. He has further submitted that the petitioner was not apprehended at the spot and nothing was recovered from his possession.

4. Considering the above mentioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52620 of 2025(2) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 learned Exclusive Special Court Excise-I, Muzaffarpur in connection with Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 559/2024, G.R. No. 474 of 2024, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
