The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is brother-in-law of the deceased and there is no specific allegation against him.
Learned counsel appearing for the State submits that there is no further material in the case diary. Furthermore, the husband of the deceased has been extended the privilege of regular bail in connection with the present case and the mother-in-law of the deceased has also been granted anticipatory bail.
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.16429 of 2015 (5) dt.09-09-2015 P2/2 Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner Md. Sadam, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Buniadganj P.S. Case No. 23/2014 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
