1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366(A)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

4. As per the prosecution case, the minor daughter of the informant had gone to attend the natural call but she did not return and on search informant got to know that named accused kidnapped the daughter of the informant. Victim in her statement under Section 164 Cr.P.C has supported prosecution case.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.51389 of 2025(3) dt.21-08-2025 2/2 blackmailing the petitioner. The petitioner is an electrician at Delhi and he had no knowledge about the concern case. There is no eye witness to the occurrence. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has antecedent of two criminal cases.

6. Learned counsel appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner and has submitted that there is specific allegation against the petitioner.

7. Considering the nature and gravity of allegation prayer for bail of the petitioner is rejected. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Prakash/- U
