Petitioner is directed to add Branch Manager, Punjab National Bank, Daudnagar as respondent no. 8 in the writ petition in course of the day.
The dispute between the petitioner and respondent no. 7 are brothers and there is dispute with regard to distribution of the compensation amount between them. This dispute can be
Patna High Court CWJC No.2737 of 2017(9) dt.15-09-2022 2/3 settled by LARRA (Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authority) , Gaya.
The petitioner is directed to move the LARRA, Gaya within thirty days from today.
Respondent no. 7 will appear in LARRA, Gaya on 1st November, 2022 and thereafter LARRA, Gaya will decide the issue within four months from date of filing of the application before LARRA, Gaya.
During the course of hearing, the respondent no. 7 has produced passbook which shows that around Rs. 20,00,000/- of the amount which was disbursed in his favour is lying in fixed deposit scheme in Panjab National Bank, Daudnagar.
The Branch Manager of Panjab National Bank, Daudnagar is directed to freeze the fixed deposit and the encashment of the same shall be released subject to the result of the proceedings before LARRA, Gaya.
All the submissions raised by the petitioner and the respondent no.7 shall be considered by LARRA, Gaya and the parties will be given proper hearing.
In case the petitioner or respondent no.7 makes complaint about misbehaviour with either of the parties, the
