The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case under Section 135 of Electricity Act.

The father of the petitioners, late Bhagawat Mistri, was a bona fide consumer of electricity department and a sum of 1,39,216/- was lying due against him. His electric connection was disconnected but again the petitioners were found committing theft of electric energy and thereby caused loss of Rs. 2,000/- to the electricity department.

It appears that loss of Rs. 2,000/- was caused to the electricity department, which the petitioners are ready to deposit. The department may take actions for realization of rest of the

Considering the facts aforesaid, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in Bettiah (Muffasil) P.S. Case No. 40 of 2015, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. with a further condition that the petitioners shall deposit Rs. 2000/- in the account of the electricity department on or before their release.
