Petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Basopatti P.S. Case No. 70 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307, 379 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the allegation against the petitioner, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Hence, the prayer for bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected. However, after 9 months of the custody the petitioner would be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail.
