The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the dispute between the parties has been resolved through the process of mediation and the terms of settlement is mutually agreed upon by the parties. The detailed terms of settlement is enclosed in the mediation report, annexed as Flag- (N) of the bail application.
Learned counsel for the O.P. No.2 is directed to act upon the terms of settlement, enclosed in the mediation report.

No.52050 of 2022(5) dt.15-05-2023 2/2 Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of his/her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Rupaspur P.S. Case No.290 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) divyanshi/- U T
