2. The following order was passed vide order dated 16.05.2023.

"Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned APP for the State.

This application has been filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Kadamkuan P.S.Case No. 37 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 395 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, one Sanjiv Kumar submitted his written st atement before O/c Kadamkuan Police Station that on 21.01.2022 at about 2.00 A.M some accused persons aged about 20.25 entered in his shop and looted away the jewellers as well as cash Rs. Thirten to Fourteen lacs and also looted

In view of the aforesaid fact, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of bail of the petitioner is rejected herewith.

The District Judge, Patna is directed to expedite the trial of all the case in one court pending against the petitioner.

The Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna is also directed to cooperate in the disposal of the trial and sent a report of the trial within six months as directed by this Court.

Let a copy of this order be communicated to District Judge, Patna and Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna for its compliance forthwith."

3. No ground for review of the earlier order is made out. Moreover, out of 12 charge sheeted witnesses, 8 witnesses have already been examined in the trial.
