2. This is the second attempt on behalf of the petitioner for grant of bail in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No. 15/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/201/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner has been rejected vide order dated 24.07.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 50078 of 2024, which reads as follows:

"Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Pasraha P.S. Case No.

15/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302/201/120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner is the wife of the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49882 of 2025(2) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 deceased. She got her husband killed. She was having illicit relation with one Bittu Kumar and Aman Kumar and she conspired with them and her husband was killed.

Materials have come during investigation in support of the aforesaid.

4. The petitioner is in jail since 02.02.2024.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the fact, this application is dismissed."

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the charge has been framed but no witness has been examined.

5. Considering the gravity of offence, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

7. The Superintendent of Police, Khagaria is directed to ensure the appearance of the witnesses in the trial so that the trial is not delayed.
