The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Excise Case No. 233 of 2021 registered under Sections 30(a), 30(c), 30(d) and 32 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Further he submits that though the petitioner is the owner of the vehicle, but the driver has not taken the name of the petitioner in the first information report. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovered materials. It is also submitted that petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.

P.C.
