The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case under Section 498(A) and other sections of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.
Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected vide order dated 13.05.2014 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 12823 of 2014. It is submitted that even thereafter the anticipatory bail of other accused persons have been allowed vide order passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3293 of 2015.
Considering the fact that the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner was earlier rejected, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail in Rampur P.S. Case No. 169 of 2011. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
