2. The present application has been filed for quashing of the order dated 24.04.2019 passed by learned A.C.J.M.-13, Patna in G.R. No. 5694/2016, arising out of Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 193/2016 whereby and whereunder learned Magistrate has taken cognizance against the petitioner and four other accused persons u/ss 341, 323,324, 307, 504 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. From the reading of the F.I.R. and other materials available on records, I do not find any illegality in the impugned order. The cognizance order cannot be quashed at this stage, considering the defence of the petitioner. This application is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to raise all the grounds at
