The petitioner is in custody in connection with Pannapur P.S. Case No. 154 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the the petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The injury suffered by the informant is simple in nature. The petitioner is in custody since 17.12.2018.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and remained in custody for nearly than 10 months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties
