Learned counsel for the petitioner undertakes to remove the defects within four weeks of resumption of normal court proceeding. In the eventuality of non-removal of defects within undertaken period, office will place the matter before the Bench. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Madhuban P.S. Case No.184/2020, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420/34 of the IPC.

Earlier, the prayer for bail of this petitioner was rejected on merit vide order dated 01.03.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No.36861 of 2021 by this Court.

The petitioner has now filed this application for bail. Having gone through the submissions of the parties and

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61388 of 2021(2) dt.03-11-2021 2/2 on perusal of the bail application, I find that there is no new ground taken by the petitioner for consideration on grant of bail, as such, the prayer for bail is rejected.
