The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A/ 323/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Earlier notices were issued to O.P. No. 2 which have been admitted to be validly served as the father of the O.P. No. 2 after seeing, refused to accept the same.

In view of the nature of allegation and the fact that the O.P. No. 2 does not want to appear before this Court, let the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of three weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17643 of 2015 (4) dt.10-09-2015 P2/2 this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the each amount to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 30/14 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
