Justice Ahsanuddin Amanullah Member(Legal Profession) : Mr. Amish Kumar, Advocate AWARD The dispute between the parties having been referred for determination to the Lok Adalat and the parties having compromised/ settled the case/matter, the following award is passed in terms of the settlement: Heard learned counsel for the petitioner; State; Accountant General; Magadh University and Veer Kunwar Singh University.

2. It is agreed between the parties that the Magadh University shall verify with regard to the petitioner having crossed the age of 80 years within four weeks from today and accordingly forward the necessary sanction order for enhancing the additional family pension of the petitioner in view of her crossing the age of 80 years.

3. Upon the same being done, the Branch Manager, Central Bank of India, Buxar, shall ensure that the amount is credited into the account of the petitioner within two weeks thereafter, along with arrears.

4. The writ petition stands disposed off.

The parties are informed that the court fee, if any, paid by any of them shall be refunded.
