Misc. No. 38583 of 2018. Inadvertently, instead of Chhauradano P.S. Case No. 06 of 2018, and the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Raxaul, Motihari, East Champaran, respectively, in the 4-5th line and last paragraph of the impugned order, it is typed as Patahi P.S. Case No. 05 of 2018 and the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Motihari, East Champaran.
