2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with S.T. No. 412/2017 arising out of Madhepur P.S.Case No. 84/2016 instituted for the offences under Sections 412, 395, 392 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner has not been named in the FIR. He was arrested only on suspicion and on the basis of confession of a co-accused. However, no TIP was conducted. The petitioner has remained in jail since 28.07.2017.

4. This Court had called for a report about the stage of the case. The report kept at Flag-T indicates that not a single witness has been examined so far. The

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.53721 of 2024(3) dt.05-03-2025 2/2 petitioner has been made accused in 22 other cases, but in all such cases listed in Para-3 of the petition, he is on bail.

5. Considering the afore-noted facts, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on his furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-1st, Jhanjharpur, District-Madhubani in connection with S.T. No. 412/2017 arising out of Madhepur P.S.Case No. 84/2016, with following conditions:- (i) One of the bailors shall be a close relative of the petitioner.

(ii) The petitioner shall present himself on all dates before the Trial Court and for his unexplained absence for consecutive two dates, the order granting bail to the petitioner would liable to be cancelled.

6. The petition stands disposed off.
