2. The earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 01.09.2022 in Cr. Misc. No. 8310 of 2022.

3. A report regarding the stage of trial was called for from the court below, which has been received. From perusal of the report, it appears that the trial is on the verge of its conclusion as it is at the stage of argument. It has been mentioned in the report that the trial shall be concluded if three months are given to the learned Trial Court.

4. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, the petition is disposed of.
