The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections- 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 447, 354, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act. The prosecution case, in brief, is that in drunken state, the petitioner entered into house of the informant and attempted to tease her on the point of pistol.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is in custody since 08-04-2018 and there is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. Charge sheet has already been submitted in this case. It is a case where the petitioner is alleged to have misbehaved with the informant in

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50394 of 2018 (2) dt.13-09-2018 drunken state. The allegation made against the petitioner is denied. Charge sheet has been submitted for the offence under Sections452, 354 of the Indian Penal Code. On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VIIth, Gaya in connection with Khizersarai P.S. Case No. 29 of 2018.
