The petitioner seeks bail in Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 39/2019, instituted for offence under Section(s) 392 of the Indian Penal Code.
It is alleged in the written report that on the date of occurrence pick-up van bearing Registration No. BR 01 GD 7723, loaded with PVC pipes, was going to Begusarai. It is alleged that driver of pick-up van was abducted by some unknown miscreants near Bakhtiarpur. The accused persons unloaded all the pipes from the pick-up van. It is further alleged that mobile phone of driver was also taken by accused persons. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that alleged articles have already been recovered. Petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2019.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SDJM, Barh, in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 39/2019, subject to the conditions that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
