2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 184 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 8, 20(b)2(B) of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the persecution case, 7.222 Kg of ganja has been recovered from the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. The petitioner is in jail since 22.03.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

6. Considering the period of custody and the

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Special Judge cum 1st Additional District and Sessions Judge, Kaimur at Bhabua/concerned Court in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 184 of 2024.

8. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Kudra Police Station, District- Kaimur at Bhabua on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
