Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 506/34 and other sections of Indian Penal Code.

As per prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have abused and assaulted the mason of the informant by means of a big stone.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Due to dispute between the parties, in respect of pathway, a simple altercation took place. Injuries caused by the petitioner are simple in nature. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

No.51334 of 2022(2) dt.19-12-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-V, Bhojpur at Ara in Shahpur P. S. Case No. 301 of 2019, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
