The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Sasaram Town P.S. Case No.387 of 2021 registered for offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 337, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission to withdraw this application on behalf of petitioner no. 3, namely, Manish Kumar @ Manish Kumar Chaurasia. Permission is accorded.

The application for anticipatory bail is dismissed as

So far as petitioner nos. 1 and 2, namely, Prabhawati Devi and Krishna Kumar Chaurasia are concerned, it is submitted that the petitioners' side has suffered grievous injury whereas informant's side has suffered simple injury. It is further submitted that there is land dispute between the parties and there is case and counter case.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the application on behalf of petitioner nos.1 and 2, namely, Prabhawati Devi and Krishna Kumar Chaurasia is allowed.

Accordingly, let petitioner nos.1 and 2, namely, Prabhawati Devi and Krishna Kumar Chaurasia, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Rohtas at Sasaram in connection with Sasaram Town P.S. Case No.387 of 2021, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
