Mr. Pramod Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that similar matter was considered and disposed of by this Court vide order dated 7.2.2018 in CWJC No. 2671 of 2016 and analogous cases, wherein the Court referring to the Bihar Litigation Policy, disposed of the writ petition in terms of the order dated 28.8.2014 passed in CWJC No. 3418 of 2014. This writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the order dated 28.8.2014 passed in CWJC No. 3418 of 2014. The respondents are directed to examine the claim of the petitioner in the light of the aforesaid order within a period of 60 days
