Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shyampur Bhatha P.S.Case No. 44 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 201 and 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Allegation against the petitioners, who happen to be father-in-law, mother-in-law and Dewars of the deceased, is of committing dowry death.
Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is general and omnibus allegation against the petitioners and she died due to heart attack.
Heard learned APP and learned counsel for the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.49026 of 2018 (2) dt.27-08-2018 2/2 informant. They have opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail stating that just after three months of marriage the deceased was done to death and no information was given to her father and her dead body was cremated without waiting for them. Having heard both sides and in the facts and circumstances, I am not inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioners, rather petitioners to surrender and make prayer for regular bail, which shall be considered on its own merit, without being prejudiced by this order.
