1. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1. That by way of present writ application is being filed for direction to the respondents to ensure appointment of the petitioners on the post of Class IV th Grade employee in the Govt. office under the Bhagalpur Collectoriate in pursuance to the advertisement published in daily news papers the eligible candidates applied for the post of Class IVth Grade, and/or pass such other order or orders as your lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of this case."
2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioners to approach the respondent-authorities for redressal of their subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought is granted.
