JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI) 18-08-2017 The District Magistrate, Kaimur at Bhabhua has appeared in person. The affidavits filed do not shed any light on the issue for which response was sought earlier in previous directions. However, keeping in mind the period since when the appellant has retired and the period when the so-called benefit of Junior Selection Grade was granted, the verification with regard to extending the benefit thereof has not been able to be made so far.

Patna High Court LPA No.1080 of 2015(9) dt.18-08-2017 2/2 The District Magistrate is directed to look into the matter within four weeks and communicate to the appellant the position, which emerges from the record with regard to the benefit of Junior Selection Grade, which was already granted and stands certified from Annexure- 2 to the writ application. The appeal stands disposed of with the above direction. The personal appearance of the District Magistrate, Kaimur stands dispensed with.
