715 litre of K. Oil has been recovered from the house of the petitioner. Petitioner happens under custody since 28.01.2015 (Annexure-3), though there happens to be conflicting assertion in the pleading. Consequent thereupon, petitioner Mithilesh Kumar Sah is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned SDJM, Saharsa in connection with Saharsa P.S. Case No.359 of 2014.
