JUSTICE BIRENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 09-08-2019 By order dated 05.08.2019, regular bail was granted to petitioner Amit Kumar Singh @ Ankit Singh in Cr. Misc. No. 48584 of 2019. However, due to typographical error in the last paragraph of the order, it is recorded that anticipatory bail has been granted to the petitioner.

The last paragraph of the said order be substituted as follows:- "Considering the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sonbersa Raj Police Station Case No. 21 of 2019, subject to the following conditions:

(1) That the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the
