JUSTICE ASHWANI KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-04-2015 This application under section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure has been filed by the petitioner for quashing of the order dated 27.2.2015 passed in Sessions Trial No.659 of 2012 arising out of Bihpur P.S.Case No.69 of 2012 whereby the bail bond of the petitioner has been cancelled and non-bailable warrant of arrest has been issued against him. Regard being had to the facts and circumstances of the case, in case the petitioner appears before the trial court within two weeks from today, the order dated 27.2.2015 shall not be given effect to. It is made clear that in case the petitioner fails to appear within two weeks from today before the trial court, the impugned order dated 27.2.2015 shall become operative.
