The grievance of the petitioner is that a selection process for appointment of Anganbari Sevika in Centre No.382, Village Chakbhikhi East, Ward No.15, Gram Panchayat Raj, Madhopur Susta in the District of Muzaffarpur has not reached its conclusion inasmuch as no appointment order has been issued. Although a representation is filed before the District Magistrate, Muzaffarpur but under the guidelines the competent authority to examine the matter at the first instance would be the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur the respondent No.4

In the circumstances, I deem it proper to dispose of the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to raise her grievance before the District Programme Officer, Muzaffarpur and it goes without saying that any such representation being filed by the petitioner within fortnight from today shall be considered and disposed of by the District Programme Officer in accordance with law within a period of 3 months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order by speaking order.

The writ petition is disposed of.
